Restoration of a headband with parchment core is translated by Ayla Van Eechaute and was published in "Bookbinder Journal of the Society of Bookbinders" 2017.
It gives a full manual of each step to take to complete the restoration and preserve the original headband.
The headbands were on the original binding of a Blaue atlas.
